PAYMENT METHODS:

At Pomerania Kids we accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards: Through our Redsys platform you can use your VISA or Mastercard. Redsys offers its clients the SMS Sending and Receiving Platform, a real time COMMUNICATION channel between financial institutions and cardholders, via mobile phone. You can use your American Express using our Stripe Platform.

• Wire Transfer: If you prefer you can select bank wire in order to proceed with your order during the check out process. You will receive an e-mail with the instructions and bank info. Once we receive your transfer we will proceed to send your order.

• Paypal: You can use your Paypal account to pay your order but if you do not have a Paypal account you can pay with your debit or credit card too. With PayPal Purchase Protection, eligible purchases are protected.

• Cash on delivery (COD): This payment method is only accepted for Spain and Portugal. You will pay at your home/office address once you receive your order.

SHIPMENT COSTS:

 At Pomerania Kids we welcome clients from around the world, and will do everything possible to provide you with prompt service and the best method of shipment. If you find out during the check out process that your country is not on the list, write an e-mail to: info@pomeraniakids.com.

If you need your order to be delivered in a parcel locker, please contact before to customer service as some countries/couriers do not allow that service.

International duties and Taxes: Please note that for international shipping outside of Spain the recipient is responsible for settling directly with Local Government Authorities or Carriers any Customs Duties and/or Taxes levied as a result of importing item(s) into that Country.
